1. What DealMints is

DealMints is an information service. It shows product details, prices, price history and deals from online marketplaces so that you can compare them and decide for yourself. DealMints does not sell products, does not take payment and is not a party to any purchase. When you buy, you buy from the marketplace or seller, under their terms.

2. Prices, availability and other information

Prices, discounts, offers and availability change quickly and are decided by the marketplaces, not by us. Information on DealMints may be out of date, incomplete or wrong, and some of it (for example deal signals marked as samples, or prices taken from a message that has not been checked) has not been verified. A “price check” or “last checked” time tells you when we last looked, not what the price is now.

Always confirm the final price, the exact product or variant, delivery and offer terms on the marketplace before you buy. We do not guarantee that any price shown is the lowest, the best or still available.

3. Affiliate links

DealMints takes part in the affiliate programmes of marketplaces, which may include the Amazon Associates Programme. If you buy after using an affiliate link, DealMints may earn a commission, generally at no extra cost to you. This is how DealMints is funded. 4. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
• You can sign in with your email and password or, where offered, with your Google account.
• One person, one account. Do not use someone else's account or let others use yours.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to deal@dealmints.in.

5. Acceptable use

When you use DealMints you agree not to:

• break any law or the rights of anyone else;
• try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or to probe, scan or test the security of the site;
• disrupt or overload the website, or use bots, scrapers or other automated means to copy it or collect its data at scale without our written permission;
• send spam, false or misleading messages, or malicious code;
• misuse the contact form, for example by sending harassing, unlawful or fraudulent content.

We may block requests or accounts that break these rules.

6. What you send us

When you send a message through the contact form you allow us to read it, keep it and use it to reply and to improve DealMints. You are responsible for what you send, so please do not include anything unlawful, or any passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. 7. Ownership

The DealMints name, logo, design, text and software belong to DealMints and may not be copied or reused without our permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use of the site. Product names, images, brands and trademarks shown on DealMints belong to their owners; they appear only to identify products, and their use does not mean that the owner endorses DealMints or that we endorse them.

8. Other websites

DealMints links to marketplaces and other websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, prices, products, services, policies or privacy practices, and a link is not a recommendation. Your dealings with them, including any purchase, are between you and them.

9. No warranty

DealMints is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that the information on it is accurate, complete or up to date, and we do not give any warranty, express or implied, including of fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DealMints and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a purchase you make on another website, from relying on a price or other information shown on DealMints, or from the site being unavailable. DealMints is free to use, and our total liability to you for any claim connected with it is limited to the extent the law permits.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights against the seller of a product.

11. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end your access or your account if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the site and other people. You may stop using DealMints at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership and our limits of liability) continue after that.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using DealMints after a change, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree with a change, please stop using the site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute connected with DealMints, subject to any right you have by law to bring a claim elsewhere.
